The peaceful Avila Beach is less than 0.5 miles long and sheltered in San Luis Bay. Average temperatures range from the upper 40s to low 70’s year-round. Avila Beach is also known for its hot springs, which are used for resort spas. Thankfully, the community is largely undeveloped. Residents can enjoy the unspoiled beauty of the region.
