Tracy Ronca, Erica Abbott, and Stephanie Ronca are long-time San Luis Obispo natives with deep roots throughout the Central Coast.
Tracy, Erica, and Stephanie offer combined real estate knowledge and vast experience of over 37 years. The trio joined Compass in 2021 after many successful years as top agents at a local Sotheby's International Realty franchise. The move to Compass offered the three a new platform to grow their business and provide new cutting-edge resources to their clients. In addition to growing their personal businesses with Compass, they also formed "The Collective Group" of San Luis Obispo consisting of seven licensed California Realtors. The Collective Group encompasses a group of highly-motivated agents with diverse market expertise, similar core values, and local knowledge to further assist buyers and sellers as a team effort.
